A true lady & her toolbox.

A true lady,

a sailor,

with a purse, a toolbox, and a gun at sea…

God.

Universe.

Nature.

..welcomes the fog that arrives without warning.

The sea is sensei.

Every battle fought (and won) leaves a greater tool behind,

keeping a true lady, sovereign.

The sailor earns the tools, but

she owns the victory.

When skies turn grey, the first thing to go is a sailor’s natural sight.

That’s why a true lady is equipped with more than one hundred different ways of seeing.

A sailor at sea with only one lens can sink an entire ship at the first sign of pressure,

panicking before the real battle has even begun.

Because lights out is the least of your worries.

When the sea begins to talk,

That's when the real challenge begins.

Time for night vision!

It requires a trust fall.

Avoid neglecting its signals.

& beware of drowning in its voice.

The mission is to listen,

detach feeling from fact

&

filter through the flood on information

swimming around in your inner world.

It’s a whirl of pure data.

Pure gold!

But whatever you do,

Stay. In. Control. Of. The. Wheel.

Because once you sink, good luck coming back up.

Especially in waters that have no obligation to behave.

The sea is rarely ever smooth sailing.

It can be cruel,

daunting,

deceptive,

and loud enough to trick you into a totally

new direction than what you set out for,

or worse

tank your entire ship.

The water will test your footing.

The wind? Your nerve!

And the smell of weakness will only feed its power.

But there is nothing β€˜weak’ about a sailor

with a box full of tools.

So let the fog come in!
